Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to the handling of personal information on the VPNWD (VPNWD) marketing website, user panel and subscription services. The sections below explain the purposes, retention scope and request options for each type of data. The privacy policies of the relevant providers apply when you visit a third-party payment page or use another external service.
Account and Order Data
This service does not require an email address. An account can be created with a username and password, and providing an email address is not a condition of registration. Account identifiers and password verification data are used for identity checks, login and access management. Keep your password secure and do not disclose account details in public content.
Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, transaction reference information and refund handling records. They are used to provide subscriptions, reconcile payments and resolve disputes. Account traffic usage and plan status are used to calculate remaining entitlements. These are billing records, not browsing records.
When you submit a support ticket, the issue description, attachments and replies are used to handle that request. Provide only the information needed, and do not upload passwords, complete payment credentials or subscription links.
No-Logs Policy
This service follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through subscription services, retain browsing history, request content or DNS query records, or build user activity profiles based on access destinations.
Connection logs are not retained persistently. Connection status processed temporarily to keep routes running is used only to manage the current connection and is released when the connection ends; it does not create a recoverable connection history. Cumulative traffic needed for billing is handled separately and does not include details of websites visited.
Error reports voluntarily submitted by users may be included in support ticket records to identify compatibility or connection issues. Diagnostic attachments are deleted once the issue is resolved and verification is no longer needed. Account and order data remain subject to the retention principles in this policy.
Website Analytics and Local Storage
Visit analytics on the marketing website help measure page views, referral channels and entry-point clicks, supporting improvements to content and workflows. These analytics relate to website use. They are not used to collect browsing content from subscription connections and should not be confused with access records on international routes.
If enabled, cookies are used only to maintain sessions, support necessary features or measure visits. Local storage saves login credentials, language preferences and interface choices to reduce repeat actions. Login credentials may grant access to an account, so avoid keeping a signed-in session on shared devices.
You can use your browser settings to restrict cookies and clear site data and local storage. You may need to log in again afterward, and saved preferences will be reset. This action does not automatically delete account or order records on the server.
Payment Processing and Data Disclosure
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant payment service or settlement network, whose own rules govern the information collected and transaction records. This service receives payment results and transaction reference information needed to verify orders. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.
Access to data is limited to providing the service, handling support requests and meeting necessary obligations. When disclosure is legally required, only the information necessary to meet the applicable requirements will be provided. This policy does not authorize external services to process data beyond their stated purposes.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account data is retained while the service is being provided. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed for reconciliation, dispute handling and applicable requirements. This policy does not set a single retention period. When the purpose for processing has been fulfilled and there is no basis for further retention, the relevant data should be deleted or anonymized.
Users can log in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of or deletion of account data, specifying the scope of the request. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Deleting an account may affect subscription use. If an order or refund is pending, or records must be retained by law, the scope and reason for delaying deletion will be explained.
Policy Updates and Feedback
Policy changes will be published on this page, and the month at the top of the page will be updated. Significant changes to processing purposes, data scope or user rights will be announced on the website or in the panel. Matters requiring separate consent will be handled as applicable.
For privacy questions or requests, submit a support ticket through the panel. See the Terms of Service for service use and refund rules. This policy explains how data is handled and does not replace plan or order terms.
